A preliminary review of building codes and zoning regulations establishes general requirements and viability of the proposed scope of the project and outlines some basic design guidelines. Conceptual designs, diagrams and written outlines are developed to explore the property and how it could be redeveloped to align with the proposed goals, objectives and budgetary range of the project.
